1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Digibitig you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may change these terms; material changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to use Digibitig after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. Your account

You must give accurate registration details and confirm your email address before posting. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password safe. One person should not run multiple accounts to evade moderation or manipulate ratings. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Digibitig a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute that content as part of operating the site, including showing it to visitors who are not signed in and to search engines.

You confirm that you hold the rights to what you post and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for the legality of your own content.

4. What is not allowed

• Unlawful content, or content that promotes unlawful acts.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or attacks on a person or group.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
• Advertising, spam, and posts written to drive traffic elsewhere rather than to help.
• Other people's private information published without their consent.
• Malware, phishing, and attempts to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Automated scraping or bulk collection of site content without written permission.
• Deliberately false information presented as fact.

5. Moderation

Content is published immediately and reviewed afterwards. We may remove content, restrict an account, or close it when these terms are broken. Serious or repeated breaches can result in removal without prior warning. Reports and moderation decisions are recorded.

6. Verification

The verified badge is an optional paid service. Payment covers the identity check, not a guaranteed outcome: an application can be refused if the documents cannot be confirmed. The badge is tied to your account, is valid for a limited period, and can be withdrawn if these terms are broken. Refund requests are handled under the applicable consumer protection law.

7. Availability

Digibitig is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not guarantee that answers posted by members are accurate. Information found here is not professional advice — verify anything you plan to act on.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Digibitig is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, from content posted by members, or from your reliance on that content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending the agreement

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Some records are kept after closure where the law requires it — see the privacy policy.
